In August of 1997 the Lord requested my wife, Sondra and I to resign from our diplomatic U.S. Government assignments: Central Intelligence Agency (myself) and U.S. Department of State (wife) in order to fulfill His desire to establish an “International Hub” for the Kingdom of God in the Lawton / Ft. Sill region of Oklahoma.
What is a Hub you may ask? A “Hub” in this context, is a place designated by the King (of kings) in order to bring forth and establish a “Five Fold” presence in one location so that each designated gifting can be experienced by every saint transiting its location in order that a “perfecting” change or transformation can take place.
I like to compare this Hub to an Embassy scenario in which we’ve acquired much experience. An Embassy is a plot of “Sovereign” land consecrated and set apart for the exclusive use of the government that is being represented in a foreign land under a foreign government. Its Mission: To represent the government of origin accurately and completely in order to foster good relations with the host government while simultaneously influencing its leadership and citizens to experience / sample a better way of life. In our case, however, there is a specific distinction; we are not in “good relations” with the host governments (god of this world – not flesh and blood). In fact, he is a “hostile” government to ours and is not only holding our King’s citizens hostage and causing them to be in mourning, but also has His entire creation groaning. (Prov 29:2 / Rom 8:22) Now is the time for our manifestation. The Spirit of the Lord is upon us to execute our Kingdom’s Mandate and “set the captives free.”
You see, it is the Body of Christ’s mandate that after bringing an individual to a personal acceptance of Jesus Christ as Savior, we proceed onward to help that individual fall passionately in love with the Lord Jesus and establish Him as their Lord also.
We are called to produce a Disciple of Christ / Kingdom Citizen that is no longer driven to “try” to “live right” through fear of retribution or wrath by an “angry god” (and thus failing)… but instead, will learn to become compelled by love, to live out the anointed “foreordained” life that was so diligently and meticulously planned out by a loving Father.
